Mon-Sat – Housemade Gyros
Hand-Mixed ground lamb & beef, with our special house seasonings, on a fluffy seasoned grilled pita, with house made tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, and onions; served with a side peasant salad. Opa!
Tuesdays – Annie’s Banh Mi
Slow roasted pork, on a bolillo bun, with a quick pickle, sliced jalapenos, fresh cilantro, hoisin sauce, and a spicy Thai aioli.
Wednesday – Metro Tri-Tip
Marinated tri tip, sliced thick, on a bolillo bun with jalapeno aioli, mixed greens, and Metro’s housemade pico de gallo.
Thursdays – Metroburger
100% Black Angus Beef, on a toasted brioche bun, with mixed greens, bacon, avocado, caramelized onions, chipotle aioli, cheddar cheese, & Annie’s smashed potatoes on the side.
Fridays – Hawaiian Job
Slow roasted kalua-style pork, sauteed with grilled onions and BBQ sauce, on a warm brioche bun, dressed in a house made cilantro aioli. Topped with fresh jalapenos, cilantro, and grilled pineapple.
